Sacred Craft Surfboard Expo 2009

Thank you all for stopping by the Wood Custom Surfboards booth and saying hello. It was a successful weekend and a great turnout. It was nice to see so many incredible surfboard shapers and surfers all hanging out together having a good time. Congratulations to Pat Rawson for winning the Dick Brewer Shape off!

50th Anniversary Gordon & Smith Party!

Had a great time at the 50th Anniversay Gordon & Smith party at the Wavehouse in Mission Beach. Many friends were there. The surfboard collection was amazing! The place was packed full of people from pro surfers to just about every shaper in San Diego, which most of them have sometime or another shaped for Gordon & Smith Surfboards in their careers of surfboard building. Once again, thank you very much to Floyd Smith, and Larry Gordon for taking so many in under their wings and teaching them how to build a surfboard. Here are some pictures of the event...enjoy!
